Steve was born in the United Kingdom, and lived there till he graduated with a Masters Degree in Mathematics. He then moved to Los Angeles and established a successful career as a Software Engineer. With a career change in 2002, he plunged full time into Real Estate sales. After rising quickly to be a top producer, he obtained his Broker License and opened up his own Brokerage in 2006. With a constantly changing market, Steve has always stayed focused and been willing to make adjustments to stay “Cutting Edge” for his clients. He is knowledgeable, experienced, hard working, very patient and a great negotiator. When you work with him, any real estate related stress that you might imagine, will be kept to a minimum. His diversity, keen expertise and experience across multiple markets in both Northern and Southern California have gained him tremendous trust and respect from his vast array of clients and their friends and associates.

In 2013, Steve established a successful Real Estate Investment company that buys, renovates and sells distressed residential properties. This diversification has given him knowledge and experience in Architectural Appreciation and Design, Interior Design, Construction Management and numerous other skills he draws upon to help his clients maximize the value of their purchases and return on their sales. He has also procured a great database of trusted Vendors that he makes available to help his clients when needed.

Steve has been living in Chatsworth with his lovely Wife Fay, who is also his business partner, for 26 years. They have twin Daughters Char and Candace who have also become successful Realtors and Designers in Los Feliz. Outside of Real Estate Steve enjoys being involved in the community and for recreation plays Racquetball and Pickleball, enjoys hiking and at home utilizes his off time learning to play guitar.
